Fennel, Potato and Bacon Soup
PREP TIME: 15 min, COOK TIME: 21 min, READY TIME: 36 min, SERVINGS: 4
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 300g potatoes
- 200g baby fennel
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 eshallot, sliced
- 3 rashes of bacon, sliced
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 sprigs thyme
DIRECTIONS
- Place the stock, potato, fennel, garlic , onion , bacon, salt ,pepper and thyme into the soup maker jug.
- Place the soup making blending lid on top and secure to the base.
- Select the ‘SMOOTH’ soup setting and then select the ‘START’ button.
- After cooking, remove the lid, serve and enjoy.
- Garnish with crispy fried bacon bits.
