Honey Chicken with Baby Pak Choy

INGREDIENTS
- 500g chicken breast, cut into strips
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 brown onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2cm piece ginger, thinly sliced
- 5 baby pak choy, roots removed
DIRECTIONS
- Place the chicken, honey, soy sauce and sesame oil into a bowl and stir to combine.
- Heat the wok to setting 10 for 3 minutes and then add the chicken, onion, garlic and ginger and allow to brown on each side for approximately 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and then add the baby pak choy. Place the lid on top of the wok and allow to cook for 2 minutes.
NOTE: You can serve this with steamed rice or serve as is.
