Pea and Ham Risotto

INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 brown onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 500g Arborio rice
- 2 ½ cups stock (type is optional)
- 200g smoked ham
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 30g parmesan cheese
- 20g butter
DIRECTIONS
- Using your Pressure Express Digital Pressure Cooker, select the SAUTÉ setting then press the START/CANCEL button to commence cooking process. Add vegetable oil in the cooking bowl, and allow to heat up.
- Add onions and sauté for 3 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for another 5 minutes. Then add rice, mix, and cook for a further 3 minutes.
- Add stock and stir until fully combined, and finally add ham and peas.
- Securely place and seal the lid onto the pressure cooker. Select the WHITE RICE setting and press START/CANCEL button. Allow to cook until pre-set cooking display time is complete. (Select the ‘WHITE RICE’ setting manual Kambrook Pressure Cooker).
- Release the pressure from the pressure cooker by turning the pressure release valve to the right. Carefully remove the lid and stir through the parmesan cheese and the butter.
- Serve with a sprinkle of cooked peas and parmesan cheese.
TIP: This dish can be made in a larger batch and frozen into smaller portions.
TIP: If using a slow cooker, follow steps 1 and 2 in frypan. Once you add the stock and spices, turn slow cooker onto high and cook for 6 hours. Then follow steps 3.

But ,I would have liked to have seen equivalents in cups - tablespoons etc.
when using Grams
