INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 200ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tbsp maca powder
- 1 lavender bud
- 2 scoops frozen vanilla yoghurt
DIRECTIONS
- Place the blueberries and sugar into a pot at medium heat for 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
- Allow the blueberry compote cool.
- Spoon the blueberry compote in the base of the glass of choice for your milkshake.
- Place the milk, honey, maca powder, lavender and frozen yoghurt into the large personal blending bottle; securely attach the removable wave blade holder to the bottle.
- Lock the blending jug onto the motor base by aligning the arrows and press the ‘PULSE’ button for 15 seconds or until smooth.
- Remove the blade base and pour the milkshake into the pre-prepared glass.
