Asian Style Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 savoy cabbage
- 2 carrots peeled
- 1 baby fennel bulb
- 3 shallots finely sliced
- 100 grams snow peas cut into 1/3's
- 1 bunch mint roughly chopped
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 birds eye chilli thinly sliced
Directions
- Assemble the food processor so that the side shute is open and a large bowl is placed underneath it. Using the slicing disc on the food processor, lock the lid into place, select the ‘LOW’ speed setting and push the cabbage, carrot and fennel down the feed chute, with the pusher until all have been thinly sliced.
- Add the shallots, snowpeas and mint and toss to combine.
- In a jar, combine the vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and chilli and shake well to combine. Serve dressing over salad.
