Creamy Olive Dip

INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup green pitted olives
- ¼ cup black pitted olives
- ¼ white onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet of Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 garlic clove
DIRECTIONS
- Using a food processor, place the olives, onion, mayonnaise, cream cheese and garlic into the processing bowl and pulse 3-4 times or until it forms a smooth consistency. Pulse fewer times for a chunkier dip.
- Chill and serve with crackers or sliced carrots and celery.
TIP: for a stronger olive taste, increase the olive quantities to ½ cup for both the green and black olives.
