    • Handful of fresh spinach leaves
    • Handful of fresh kale leaves
    • ¼ avocado
    • 1 ½ cups of water
    • 2 scoops of yogurt
    • Handful of macadamia nuts

    1. Add the ingredients to the 350ml blending cup
    2. Securely attach the blending blade to the top of the cup
    3. Align the cup onto the BlitzPro base unit and turn the cup clockwise to blend
    4. Blend for 20 seconds or until the desired consistency is achieved
    5. Unscrew the cup from the base unit and pour the smoothie into a glass to serve - or into a small Blitz2Go drinking bottle if you are running out the door.

This smoothie is a gorgeous colour and packed full of nutrients. The BlitzPro effortlessly created this smoothie in a very short amount of time. I loved being able to throw in a handful of nuts and that there were no fibrous bits of kale in my drink even though I didn’t remove the center stalks prior to blending.
