Heirloom Tomato Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette

    Ingredients

    • 4 cups mixed heirloom tomatoes washed, halved
    • 1/2 cup basil leaves shredded
    • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • 1 clove garlic minced
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    Directions

    1. Roughly cut tomatoes in half and toss with basil, vinegar, garlic and olive oil.
    2. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sea salt.
