    Ingredients

    • 1 can chickpeas drained, rinsed
    • 2 clove garlic peeled
    • 2 tablespoons organic tahini
    • 75 milligrams lemon juice
    • 75 milligrams cold water
    • 2 teaspoons flaked pink rock salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds ground
    • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds ground
    • 2 teaspoons pomegranate molasses

    To Serve

    • 1/2 pomegranate seeds removed

    Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the food processor bowl and process for 60 seconds.
    2. Top with pomegranate jewels and serve with pita bread and carrot sticks.
