INGREDIENTS
- 2-4 medium sized potatoes
- 1-2 tbsp rock / flaked salt
- 4 tsp sour cream
- Half a cup chopped shallots
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the air frying oven to 200°C by turning the timer dial to 5 minutes.
- Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly with a cloth. Prick the skins of each potato a few times. Then rub the salt over the skins.
- Once the 'HEATING' light goes off, turn the timer dial to 45 minutes. Place the potatoes into the air frying oven basket and allow to cook.
- To serve, slice a cross in the centre of each potato, and dollop a tablespoon of sour cream into the filling. Sprinkle on top with chopped shallots.
Tip: Change the sour cream to cottage cheese or shredded cheese. Toppings can be changed to your preference.
