    INGREDIENTS

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 200g pumpkin, halved, thinly sliced
    • 3 tbsp tomato paste
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 4 basil leaves, shredded
    • 100g prosciutto, thinly sliced
    • 1 small brown onion, thinly sliced
    • 50g baby spinach leaves
    • 200g parmesan cheese, grated

    DOUGH

    • 185mls warm water
    • 30ml olive oil
    • ½  tsp sugar
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 300g bread flour
    • 1 tsp yeast

    DIRECTIONS

    1. To make the dough, place the water, olive oil, sugar, salt, flour and yeast into the bread maker tin and select the ‘DOUGH’ setting and allow to knead.
    2. Remove the dough from the bread maker and knead on a lightly floured surface.
