INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2cm piece ginger
- 75 g roasted capsicums
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 birds eye chilli, seeds removed
- 1 small bunch fresh coriander
DIRECTIONS
- Place the paprika, smoked paprika, garam masala, turmeric, salt, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and black peppercorns into a frypan and stir over a low heat until fragrant, approximately 2 minutes.
- Place the garlic, ginger, capsicum, oil, tomato paste, chillis, coriander and spices into the chopper bowl and secure the lid on top. Attach the stick mixer motor and blend until completely combined, approximately 30 seconds.
