Seafood Marinara

Ingredients
- 50 grams butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 brown onion diced
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 700ml tomato passata
- 1 cup fresh peas
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind
- 250 grams seafood marinara mix
- 200 grams raw king prawns peeled, only tails left
- 200 grams mussels scrubbed, beard removed
- 300 grams spaghetti cooked, to serve
Directions
- Heat the butter and oil on a medium setting in the frypan and sauté the onion and garlic for 4 minutes.
- Add the white wine and cook off for 1 minute. Stir though the tomato passata, peas, lemon rind, marinara mix, prawns and mussels and simmer for a further 4 minutes.
- Stir through the parsley and basil and serve with spaghetti.
