Seafood Marinara

    Ingredients

    • 50 grams butter
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 brown onion diced
    • 2 clove garlic minced
    • 1/3 cup white wine
    • 700ml tomato passata
    • 1 cup fresh peas
    • 1 teaspoon lemon rind
    • 250 grams seafood marinara mix
    • 200 grams raw king prawns peeled, only tails left
    • 200 grams mussels scrubbed, beard removed
    • 300 grams spaghetti cooked, to serve

    Directions

    1. Heat the butter and oil on a medium setting in the frypan and sauté the onion and garlic for 4 minutes.
    2. Add the white wine and cook off for 1 minute. Stir though the tomato passata, peas, lemon rind, marinara mix, prawns and mussels and simmer for a further 4 minutes.
    3. Stir through the parsley and basil and serve with spaghetti.
