Ingredients
- 1 x 59g free range egg separated
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 45 grams butter
Directions
- Preheat waffle maker until the green ready light illuminates.
- Whisk the egg white with the sugar until thick and creamy In a bowl, mix the flour, egg yolk, milk, water and butter until combined. Fold through the egg white.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of mixture onto each waffle plate.
- Cook for 2 minutes. Remove with silicone tongs.
