Watermelon and Lychee Blitz2Go Shake

INGREDIENTS
- 300g watermelon, 2cm diced
- 50g lychee flesh
- 100ml coconut water
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 6 medium ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Place the watermelon, lychees, coconut water, sugar and ice cubes into the large personal blending jug; securely seal the blade assembly inside the blending jug.
- Lock the blending jug onto the motor base by aligning the arrows and press the ‘PULSE’ button for 15 seconds or until smooth.
- Remove the blade base and secure the drinking lid on top of the cup.
NOTE: If lychees aren’t in season, use canned.

Blitz t2 go would also be suitable to prepare pastes for curries as used in Asian cooking i.e. Indian sri Lankan ,Vietnamese , thai, Chinese and even middle eastern cooking requiring marinades, also for sambals .
I wonder if it will mince small amounts of green leaf vegetables and puree ginger/ garlic etc, if it will then it would be a boon for small family based cooking where one does not need to prepare large quantities of pastes and marinades to effectively blend or finely chop up ingredients.
