Christmas is upon us and everyone is rushing around trying to find the perfect gift.

But what do you get for those people in your life that you just want to say a little thank you to.

Sometimes the simplest things make the best gifts and we have a great idea.

Brownie Stacks - These brownies are easy to make (with a little help from our friends at The Little Brownie Company) and they are scrumptiously delicious!

We made two of our favourite flavours; Caramel Brownies and Cookies & Cream Brownies following the easy steps on the pack and using some of Kambrook’s newest appliances; the PowerMix Planetary Bench Mixer and the AirChef Air Frying Oven.

Once cooked and ready to serve, cut into bit size pieces - using small plates, Christmas boxes/bags or cellophane, wrap up a selection of brownies and finish off with a Xmas bow.

These stacks make great gifts for neighbours, co-workers and friends you see now and again.  

They are inexpensive to make and you can get the whole family involved in the baking and presentation.
