Directions

  1. Using the shredding blade on a food processor, shred the carrot, cabbage and shallots.
  2. Pour the contents into a salad serving bowl and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
  3. To make the dressing, place all ingredients into a sealed jar and shake until the sugar has dissolved.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
