  1. In a frypan, heat the oil and then sear the diced beef until golden brown. Add the onion, garlic, paprika and salt and stir to combine. Toss in the pan for 2 minutes and then pour into the soup maker.
  2. Add the tomatoes, beef stock and bay leaves and place the soup maker blending lid on top and secure to the base.
  3. Select the ‘CHUNKY’ soup setting and then select the ‘START’ button.
  4. Serve with sour cream and parsley.
