DIRECTIONS

  1. In a frypan, heat the oil over a medium heat and sauté the onion, garlic and spinach until softened, approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Place the onion, garlic, spinach, mushrooms, wine, tomato paste, beef, stock and thyme into the soup maker jug.
  3. Place the soup maker blending lid on top and secure to the base.
  4. Select the ‘CHUNKY’ soup setting and then select the ‘START’ button.
  5. Serve soup with crusty bread.
