DIRECTIONS

  1. Place removable cooking pot onto stove and add oil and butter to melt. 
  2. Place Beef in a bag with Flour, Chilli, Paprika and shake until all evenly coated.
  3. Sear Beef in batches until lightly browned.
  4. Place removeable cooking pot into slow cooker and add the vegetables and beef stock
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours.

NB: It is recommended that root vegetables such as potatoes and carrots should be cut to smaller 2cm pieces before adding to the slow cooker.
