1. In a bowl, combine the cornflour and water and toss the beef through and set aside.
  2. In a jug, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar and ginger and set aside.
  3. Heat the Essentials Wok to heat setting 10 for 3 minutes and then add the peanut oil, garlic and onion and toss for 1 minute.
  4. Add the beef and toss for 4 minutes or until golden brown and then pour over the soy sauce mixture.
  5. Toss through the broccolini and place the lid on for 2 minutes.
  6. NOTE: You can use broccoli in place of the broccolini.
