INGREDIENTS
- 59g free range egg
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup pure cream
- 1 tbsp spiced rum
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Pinch nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
- Place the egg, milk, cream, rum and sugar into the large personal blending jug; securely seal the blade assembly inside the blending jug.
- Lock the blending jug onto the motor base by aligning the arrows and press the ‘PULSE’ button for 15 seconds or until smooth.
- Remove the blade base and secure the drinking lid on top of the cup.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
