  1. Using the slicing blade on your food processor, slice the cabbage.
  2. Next, slice the onion through the feed chute.
  3. Turn the food processor off at the power and unlock the lid. Remove the slicing blade and replace the blade with the grating blade and lock on the lid.
  4. Turn the food processor on at the power, then grate the apple through the feed chute.
  5. Heat the frypan, then melt the butter. Add onions and apple and sauté till transparent.
  6. Add the red cabbage and sauté for a further 5 minutes.
  7. Reduce the heat to low-medium. Add the red wine, red wine vinegar, Dion mustard, maple syrup, chicken stock and salt and pepper. Combine.
  8. Leave for 20 minutes. Serve.
