Directions

  1. Place the rice and water into the pressure cooking bowl and stir well to combine.
  2. Press the ‘START/CANCEL’ button. Select the ‘BROWN RICE’ button and then the ‘START/CANCEL’ button and allow to cook until the pressure cooker has switched off.
  3. Release the pressure from the pressure cooker by turning the pressure release valve to the venting position.
  4. Remove the rice from the pressure cooking bowl and place into a large salad bowl. Add the rocket, mint, pear, blue cheese and balsamic glaze.
  5. Drizzle over extra balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
