  1. Saute the onion, garlic and salt in the oil until the onion is translucent and allow to cool.
  2. Mix together the carrot, onion mix, egg, coriander, fetta, flour, cumin and pepper and stir to combine.
  3. Pre-heat the KAMROOK Golden Pancake maker. Very lightly coat with baking spray and place ¼ cup of fritter mix into each pancake well, close and lock the lid. Cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove the carrot fritters using a silicon spatula, place onto a wire cooling rack and continue with the remainder of the fritter mixture.
  5. Serve.
