1. Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C.
  2. Using an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat until thick and creamy.
  3. Fold through the sesame seeds, flour and milk until just combined. Roll into 1/2 teaspoon sized balls, place onto baking trays lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  4. In a bowl, combine the biscuits, hazelnuts, chocolate and cranberries.
