DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the Air Chef to 180°C and turn the timer dial to 5 minutes.
  2. Lay out three sheets of pastry out on the benchtop.
  3. Place a spoonful of Nutella on each sheet. Spread Nutella over the entire sheet, leaving a 2 cm strip at the top and bottom of the sheet.
  4. On the edges where there is no Nutella , stick the sheets together to create a long sheet of puff pastry (the length of 3 pastry sheets).
  5. Starting from one end (shortest side), roll the puff sheet and into a log.
  6. Place the log into the fridge for 10 minutes to harden slightly. Remove from the fridge and cut 2cm thick pieces.
  7. Once the ‘HEATING’ light goes off, turn the timer dial to 10 minutes.
  8. Place the scrolls in the Air Chef basket, a few at a time, and bake for 10-15 minutes golden and crisp.
  9. Repeat above step with remaining scrolls.
