Chocolate Scrolls
PREP TIME: 10 min, COOK TIME: 20 min, READY TIME: 30 min, SERVINGS: 8
INGREDIENTS
- 3 sheets puff pastry
- 3 tbsp of Nutella
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the Air Chef to 180°C and turn the timer dial to 5 minutes.
- Lay out three sheets of pastry out on the benchtop.
- Place a spoonful of Nutella on each sheet. Spread Nutella over the entire sheet, leaving a 2 cm strip at the top and bottom of the sheet.
- On the edges where there is no Nutella , stick the sheets together to create a long sheet of puff pastry (the length of 3 pastry sheets).
- Starting from one end (shortest side), roll the puff sheet and into a log.
- Place the log into the fridge for 10 minutes to harden slightly. Remove from the fridge and cut 2cm thick pieces.
- Once the ‘HEATING’ light goes off, turn the timer dial to 10 minutes.
- Place the scrolls in the Air Chef basket, a few at a time, and bake for 10-15 minutes golden and crisp.
- Repeat above step with remaining scrolls.
