  1. Using the leaf beater attachment on the Power Mix Planetary Bench Mixer, place the coconut, oats, almond meal, salt, oil, sugar, agave and rum into a bowl and mix together at medium speed until it comes together.
  2. Roll mixture into 25gm balls; dampen hands with water to make it easier to roll the balls. Once rolled, place them in the fridge to harden for an hour.
  3. Remove the balls from the fridge and roll each in either desiccated coconut or cocoa powder.
  4. For extra indulgence, coat the balls in melted chocolate before you roll them in cocoa and coconut.
