  1. In a saucepan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and onion.
  2. Place all ingredients, including the garlic and onion, into the soup maker jug.
  3. Place the soup blending lid in place and secure.
  4. Select the ‘SMOOTH’ soup setting and then select the ‘START’ button.
  5. Serve soup with fresh bread.
