  1. Using a food processor, place the olives, onion, mayonnaise, cream cheese and garlic into the processing bowl and pulse 3-4 times or until it forms a smooth consistency. Pulse fewer times for a chunkier dip.
  2. Chill and serve with crackers or sliced carrots and celery.

 

TIP: for a stronger olive taste, increase the olive quantities to ½ cup for both the green and black olives.
