  1. In a planetary mixer, beat the butter and sugars together until they are light and fluffy.
  2. Add the egg and vanilla and beat until smooth.
  3. Fold the flour in on a very low setting until well combined.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and mix through. Remove from the bowl and divide the mixture into 8 pieces, rolling each one into a ball. Then flatten it.
  5. Preheat the Stack & Snack until the green ‘READY’ light switches  on.
  6. Use handles to lift the cover, egg ring and cooking plate. Place slices of banana in the bottom level. Close the egg layer and ring down, then place the cookie dough in the ring and close the cover.
  7. Cook for 9-10 minutes.
