Green Curry Pumpkin Soup

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 brown onion, diced
- 2 tsp green curry paste 600g pumpkin,
- 2cm pieces 100g potatoes, 2cm pieces
- 550ml vegetable stock
- 200ml coconut milk
- 4 pieces bread, to serves
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and onion.
- Place all ingredients into the soup maker jug.
- Place the soup maker motor body/lid on to the soup jug.
- Select the ‘SMOOTH’ soup setting and then select the ‘START’ button.
- Serve soup with fresh bread.
