DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the air frying oven to 180°C and turn the timer dial to 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine lemon zest, dill, capers, olive oil and salt. Stir well to coat fish evenly. Add the salmon to the bowl and cover evenly.
  3. Once the ‘HEATING’ light goes off, turn the timer dial to 8 minutes.
  4. Place the salmon into the Air Chef basket and allow to cook.
  5. In the meantime, place all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and mix well.
  6. Once the salmon has finished cooking, remove from air frying oven using a spatula. Place the salmon on a plate and spoon the prepared dressing over the top to serve. Optional to place slices of lemon on the salmon before serving.

Serve suggestion: rocket and parmesan salad.

 

TIP : Cooking times will vary slightly with different sized pieces of fish.
