INGREDIENTS
MARINADE
- 1 x 300 grams salmon fillet
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 sprigs fresh dill, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp capers, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of salt
DRESSING
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 sprig of dill chopped
- 5 capers chopped
- Pinch of lemon zest
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the air frying oven to 180°C and turn the timer dial to 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine lemon zest, dill, capers, olive oil and salt. Stir well to coat fish evenly. Add the salmon to the bowl and cover evenly.
- Once the ‘HEATING’ light goes off, turn the timer dial to 8 minutes.
- Place the salmon into the Air Chef basket and allow to cook.
- In the meantime, place all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and mix well.
- Once the salmon has finished cooking, remove from air frying oven using a spatula. Place the salmon on a plate and spoon the prepared dressing over the top to serve. Optional to place slices of lemon on the salmon before serving.
Serve suggestion: rocket and parmesan salad.
TIP : Cooking times will vary slightly with different sized pieces of fish.
