DIRECTIONS

  1. Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts. Cut into strips.
  2. Using your Kambrook Blitz2Go Personal Blender, combine the sundried tomato strips, basil, olive oil, garlic, pepper, and salt into the 700ml Blitz2Go bottle. Securely screw on the blending blade assembly. Lock the blending bottle onto the motor base by aligning the arrows and press the ‘PULSE’ button until smooth. Remove the blade base.
  3. Place the marinade mixture with the chicken strips into a zip lock bag or storage container. Make sure the chicken is covered thoroughly in the marinade. Allow to marinate for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat the Air Chef to 180°C and turn the timer dial to 5 minutes. Once the ‘HEATING’ light goes off, turn the timer dial to 20 minutes.
  5. Place marinated chicken strips into the Air Chef Basket and allow to cook. Turn over after 10 minutes.
  6. Once the chicken has finished cooking, remove from the Air Chef basket and allow to stand
  7. In a bowl mix together the carrots, pasta, red and green capsicum, kalamata olives, corn, feta stuffed peppers and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
  8. Serve Chicken strips on top of salad mix

TIPS: substitute the chicken breast for chicken tenderloins or use beef strips instead.
