1. Using the rings, cut circles in the sliced bread.
  2. Preheat the sandwich maker until the green ‘READY’ light illuminates.
  3. Use handles to lift cover, egg ring and egg cooking plate.
  4. Spread ajvar on one of the bread circles and place onto bottom plate. Top with chorizo and tomato.
  5. Lower the egg cooking plate and egg ring down. Add spinach and haloumi cheese.
  6. Top with remaining bread circle.
  7. Close cover. Cook for 4 minutes.
  8. Rotate the egg cooking plate to the side. Lift cover and rings; carefully remove toastie with scraper or tongs.
