  1. Preheat the air frying oven to 200°C by turning the timer dial to 5 minutes.
  2. Cut potatoes in half, lengthways. Lay potato on the flat part and make several cuts ¾ of the way through the potato, about 2 mm apart. Ensure not to cut all the way through to the bottom of the potato.
  3. Place oil in a bowl and toss the cut potatoes in the oil, making sure that they are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Once the ‘HEATING’ light goes off on the air frying oven, turn the timer to 20 minutes. Place potatoes into the air frying oven basket, flat side down, and allow to cook, until golden brown and crispy.
