Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed heirloom tomatoes washed, halved
- 1/2 cup basil leaves shredded
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Roughly cut tomatoes in half and toss with basil, vinegar, garlic and olive oil.
- Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sea salt.
