Hommus with Pomegranate Molasses
PREP TIME: 1 min, READY TIME: 1 min, SERVINGS: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas drained, rinsed
- 2 clove garlic peeled
- 2 tablespoons organic tahini
- 75 milligrams lemon juice
- 75 milligrams cold water
- 2 teaspoons flaked pink rock salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds ground
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds ground
- 2 teaspoons pomegranate molasses
To Serve
- 1/2 pomegranate seeds removed
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the food processor bowl and process for 60 seconds.
- Top with pomegranate jewels and serve with pita bread and carrot sticks.
