1. In a bowl, place the flours, baking powder, salt and water and whisk until just combined. Allow to stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the Essentials Wok to heat setting 10 and heat the oil.
  3. Dip the chicken pieces into the batter and place straight into the hot oil. Allow room for them to cook, making sure you cook them in 3-4 batches.
  4. Drizzle with honey and sesame seeds and serve immediately.
