Hot Chocolate Popcorn

INGREDIENTS

• 1 popcorn measuring cup corn kernels
• 200g dark chocolate melts
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1 tbsp hot chocolate powder

DIRECTIONS

1. Cook popcorn according to directions in Kambrook Popcorn Maker and line a baking tray with canola oil spray and baking paper.
2. Place the chocolate melts into a heat proof bowl and microwave at 100% power for 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
3. Spread popcorn evenly onto the prepared tray and drizzle with chocolate and then marshmallows and hot chocolate powder. Allow to set for 30 minutes and then break into bite sized pieces and serve immediately.
