  1. Preheat the air frying oven to 200°C by turning the timer dial to 5 minutes.
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly with a cloth. Prick the skins of each potato a few times. Then rub the salt over the skins.
  3. Once the 'HEATING' light goes off, turn the timer dial to 45 minutes. Place the potatoes into the air frying oven basket and allow to cook.
  4. To serve, slice a cross in the centre of each potato, and dollop a tablespoon of sour cream into the filling. Sprinkle on top with chopped shallots.

 

Tip: Change the sour cream to cottage cheese or shredded cheese. Toppings can be changed to your preference.
