  1. Preheat a fan forced oven to 190ÂșC.
  2. In a food processor bowl, place the mince, shallots, garlic, fennel, bread crumbs and eggs and process until combined.
  3. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Slice sheets of pastry in half and remove plastic backing.
  4. Evenly distribute the mince mixture amongst the pastry sheets and form a thin sausage shape. Roll the pastry sides to a close, over lapping underneath.
  5. Brush sausage rolls with a small amount of milk and top with sesame seeds.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
