Lamb, Chunky Veg and Macaroni Soup

INGREDIENTS
- 300g lamb, stir fry strips
- 1 small brown onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 celery stick, 1cm pieces
- 1 zucchini, 1cm pieces
- 1 carrot, 1cm pieces
- 750ml chicken stock
- 2 cups macaroni pasta, cooked
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Place the lamb, onion, tomato paste, oil, celery, zucchini, carrot and stock into the soup maker jug.
- Place the soup maker blending lid on top and secure to the base.
- Select the ‘CHUNKY’ soup setting and then select the ‘START’ button.
- Stir through the macaroni and season with salt and pepper.
