Lamb, Chunky Veg and Macaroni Soup

    INGREDIENTS

    • 300g lamb, stir fry strips
    • 1 small brown onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 tbsp tomato paste
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 celery stick, 1cm pieces
    • 1 zucchini, 1cm pieces
    • 1 carrot, 1cm pieces
    • 750ml chicken stock
    • 2 cups macaroni pasta, cooked
    • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Place the lamb, onion, tomato paste, oil, celery, zucchini, carrot and stock into the soup maker jug.
    2. Place the soup maker blending lid on top and secure to the base.
    3. Select the ‘CHUNKY’ soup setting and then select the ‘START’ button.
    4. Stir through the macaroni and season with salt and pepper.

      I have just bought the soup maker so thanks for the great soup maker recipes, does the meat have to be cooked before it goes in?

      No you don't need to precook your meat:)
