1. Heat the wok to setting 10 for 3 minutes and then add the oil and sesame seeds and allow to pop for 15 seconds.
  2. Add the chillis, lemon and garlic and sear for 60 seconds or until golden brown. Add the broccoli and then pour over the soy sauce and mirin and stir well to combine.
  3. Place the lid on top of the wok and allow to cook for 2 minutes.


NOTE: You can serve this with steamed rice or serve as is.
