Mango and Kiwi Icy Pops

INGREDIENTS
GOLD MANGO
- 1 mango
- 80ml coconut milk
- 120ml fresh orange juice
- 1 ½ tsp honey
- ¾ tsp vanilla paste
GREEN KIWI
- 5 kiwi fruits – 360g
- 150ml pineapple juice
- 1 tsp agave
- 6 mint leaves
- ½ tsp spirulina
DIRECTIONS
- Place all the ingredients for GOLD MANGO into the 700ml cup; securely attach the blending blade holder to the cup.
- Align the cup onto the motor base, press down and turn the cup clockwise to blend. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
- Unscrew the blending blade holder and divide the smoothie between 10 icy pop slips, being sure only to come up halfway. Freeze.
- Make the second smoothie for the GREEN KIWI as per step 1-3 and divide between the 10 half filled icy pop plastic slips with the gold mango mixture.
- Freeze.
- Enjoy.
