  1. Place the mango, lime juice,  mint leaves and caster sugar into the large personal blending jug; securely seal the blade assembly inside the blending jug.
  2. Lock the blending jug onto the motor base by aligning the arrows and press the ‘PULSE’ button for 15 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Remove the blade base and pour mix into a container and place in the freezer.
  4. As the mix freezes, use a fork to scrap the mixture until it resembles snow. This will give it the texture required for the granite.

Tip : To freeze the mix faster, use a larger container that has wider surface area.
