INGREDIENTS
- 2 mangos, sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 100ml coconut water
DIRECTIONS
- Place the mango, lime juice, mint leaves and caster sugar into the large personal blending jug; securely seal the blade assembly inside the blending jug.
- Lock the blending jug onto the motor base by aligning the arrows and press the ‘PULSE’ button for 15 seconds or until smooth.
- Remove the blade base and pour mix into a container and place in the freezer.
- As the mix freezes, use a fork to scrap the mixture until it resembles snow. This will give it the texture required for the granite.
Tip : To freeze the mix faster, use a larger container that has wider surface area.
