A Perfect Pantry

Ingredients

• 1 59g egg
• 2 tablespoons caster sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ground
• 1 teaspoon brandy optional
• 1 cup pure cream
• 1/4 cup milk

Directions

1. In a bowl, whisk the egg, sugar and vanilla with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
2. Pour into a milkshake cup and add the nutmeg, brandy, cream and milk.
3. Place the cup into the milkshake maker and blend for 30 seconds.
4. Pour into glasses and serve with breakfast!
