Merry Eggs-mas

Ingredients
- 1 59g egg
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ground
- 1 teaspoon brandy optional
- 1 cup pure cream
- 1/4 cup milk
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk the egg, sugar and vanilla with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
- Pour into a milkshake cup and add the nutmeg, brandy, cream and milk.
- Place the cup into the milkshake maker and blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour into glasses and serve with breakfast!
