TIPS:

This recipe can be made with chicken pieces on the bone; add an extra 10 minutes to cooking time.

Chipotle in Adobe sauce can be purchased from good delis and green grocers. Substitute with a tablespoon of smoked paprika and 1 tsp cayenne pepper.

This sauce has a good spicy kick, if its too hot, only use ½ can of chipotle and store the rest in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
