INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 4 mint leaves
- 250ml filtered water
- 5 medium ice cubes
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Place the lemon juice, mint leaves, water, ice cubes and sugar into the large personal blending jug; securely seal the blade assembly inside the blending jug.
- Lock the blending jug onto the motor base by aligning the arrows and press the ‘PULSE’ button for 15 seconds or until smooth.
- Remove the blade base and secure the drinking lid on top of the cup.
